How the Bag Lifting Centrifuge Works in Fermentation Product Recovery

After clarification, purification, precipitation, or crystallization, the filterable fermentation-derived product slurry enters the rotating basket lined with a filter bag and supporting filter screen.

Under centrifugal force:

  1. Process liquid or mother liquor passes through the filter bag and is collected through the filtrate outlet.
