작업 단계

1시스템 로딩: 미리 충전된 닫힌 필터 봉투를 바구니에 넣습니다.

2프로그램 메뉴: 의'스프레이 세탁'또는'조화 세탁'프로그램은 HMI에서 선택되어 RPM와 사이클 시간은 운영자의 사양에 맞게 설정됩니다.

3채우기: 알코올은 원천 탱크에서 원심분리기에 연결됩니다.

4세척 주기는: 식물의 물질은 정해진 두 방향의 조동 수와 함께 조동 된 세척을 받습니다.

5시스템 배수: 세척 순환이 완료되면 출구 밸브가 수동으로 열리고 액체가 배수됩니다. 알코올 세척은 추가 가공을 위해 적절하게 지정된 저장 용기에 펌프로 공급됩니다.

6스핀 드라이 사이클: 의'톱니 건조' 메뉴는 HMI에서 선택되고 건조 순환이 시작됩니다. 습한 식물 고체들은 내부에 남아있는 알코올 혼합물을 건조합니다.

7시스템 배하: 이 협의가 완료되면'드라이 사이클', 원심분리기는 필터백을 바구니에서 꺼내서 배하합니다.
