Werkstappen 

1Systemenladen: In de mand wordt een vooraf geladen gesloten filterzak geplaatst.

2Programmen menu: De'Sproeiwassen'of'Roeren wassen' programma wordt op de HMI geselecteerd, waarbij de toerental en de cyclustijden worden ingesteld op de specificaties van de bediener.

3Vul in: De alcohol wordt van de brontenk in de centrifuge aangesloten.

4De wascyclus: Het plantaardige materiaal wordt onderworpen aan een geroerd wassen met een bepaald aantal tweerichtingsroeren

5System Drainage: Wanneer de wascyclus is voltooid, wordt het uitlaatklep handmatig geopend en wordt het vocht afgevoerd. alcoholwas wordt gepompt naar een goed gemeten opslagreservoir voor verdere verwerking.

6- Spin Dry Cycle: De'Draaien droogDe natte plantaardige vaste stoffen worden gedroogd van het resterende alcoholmengsel.

7- System Unloading: Na voltooiing van de'Droge cyclus', De centrifuge wordt ontladen door de filterzak uit de mand te halen.
