The PPSBD Batch Type Centrifuge is a kind of filtering equipment adopting scraper bottom-unloading and interval operation. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other trades, most commonly used for gypsum, ferric sulfate, nickel sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium chloride, acetate, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, resin, salt, gourmet powder, food additives, vitamins, herbicides, insecticides and dewatering of copper, zinc, aluminum and other mineral powders.

1) PPSBD series batch type centrifuge is a kind of filtering equipment adopting scraper bottom-unloading and interval operation.
2) The material enters the rotary basket from the upper.
3) Under the function of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filtering medium and discharges out of the machine and the solid is left in the rotary basket.
4) When the rotary speed reduces, the scraper scrapes the solid material and the material is discharged from the bottom of the machine.

6) It could set operation program according to demands, auto finishes feeding material, separating, dewatering, unloading and other processes.
