작동 원리
이 백 반전 원심 분리기는 주로 회전 메커니즘, 배출 메커니즘, 기계 베이스, 베어링 조합, 회전 드럼, 푸셔, 스크린, 케이싱 및 전기 제어 부품으로 구성됩니다.
고속 작동에서 서스펜션은 공급 튜브를 통해 드럼으로 들어갑니다.원심력의 작용으로 현탁액은 드럼 내부의 여과포에 고르게 분포됩니다.액체상은 여과포의 기공과 스크린의 틈을 통과합니다.그리고 드럼 필터 구멍은 모액 노즐에서 배출되고 고체상은 필터 스크린에 포획되어 환형 필터 잔류물 층을 형성합니다.언로딩할 때 주 엔진은 먼저 언로딩 속도로 감속하고 언로딩 모터를 시작하고 푸셔를 드럼에서 밀어냅니다.여과포의 양쪽 끝이 푸셔와 드럼에 고정되어 있기 때문에 여과포가 안팎으로 회전합니다.갇힌 물질은 여과포 외부로 넘어갑니다.또한 원심력 필드의 작용하에 재료가 필터 천에서 제거되고 배출 포트에서 배출됩니다.
