Product Description

The PPC Batch Type Centrifuge is a kind of solid-liquid separation machine with continuous operation and intermittent discharging. Material will be fed through feeding pipe after the drum revolving to a certain speed. At this time, the siphon pipe is at a certain place of the siphon chamber and the product will be distributed evenly on the drum wall through the feeding pipe. The filtering liquid will enter into siphon chamber through the filter cloth, lining mesh, filtering plate and the inclined holes at the bottom of the drum. Then the filtering liquid will be drained outside from the siphon pipe and the solid will be left on the filter cloth. After a period of spinning, the scraper will move to peel the cake from the drum wall to the hopper and then the cake will be transferred outside.

Changing the position of siphon pipe port can regulate the filter speed,thus,different filter speed can be realized during different process as feeding separation,filtering,washing and dehydration.The centrifuge will be always under best working condition and the equipment operates stably and the vibration and noise are rather low.

3. When the scraper is finished,the regenerate liquid will be fed from the siphon feeding pipe to regenerate and resuspend the filter cake,bake flush and remove the left filter cake.
