How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Conditioned Feeding
Heated and homogenized slurry enters the rotating bowl.
2. Solids Sedimentation
Dense solids move outward and form a sediment layer.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid remains closer to the bowl center.
4. Solids Conveying
The scroll transports sticky solids toward the conical end.
5. Continuous Discharge
Clarified liquid and concentrated solids discharge separately.
