オイル分離機 パームオイルデカンター 遠心分離機 三相分離装置
作業原理
軽液体,重液体,固体相が混合液体で不溶性で密度が異なるという原則を利用して,遠心力場や重力力場で異なる沉着速度を得る液体内の固体粒子が堆積する.
重力力場や遠心力場では,軽液体相,重液体相,固体相は密度が異なるため,混合液体で相互に溶けない.沈殿速度がそれぞれ違う重力力場では重力分離と呼ばれ,遠心力場では遠心分離と呼ばれます.
重力分離
密度の違いのために,容器内の混合液体は,一定の時間経過後,徐々に2つの層に分けられます.混合液体の重相粒子は容器底に沈み光相"が上面に懸垂している間,かなり特徴的な隔離平面が形成される.
軽量と重量相間の分離速度
混合液体を構成する軽相と重相の密度の差によって影響されます.密度の差が大きいほど,分離速度が速くなります.
