How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Mineral Slurry Feeding
Mineral slurry enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feeding system.
2. Solid Sedimentation
Under centrifugal force, dense mineral particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated water remains in the inner liquid zone and moves toward the liquid discharge area.
