1. Batch Feeding
   Prepared slurry is introduced into the rotating basket lined with a filter bag and supporting screen.
2. Filtration
   Process liquid passes through the filter bag and is collected through the filtrate outlet.
3. Cake Formation
   Solids are retained inside the filter bag and gradually form a filter cake.
4. Optional Washing
   Wash liquid can be applied to displace residual mother liquor, soluble impurities, or process residues.
5. Spin Drying
   The basket continues rotating to reduce residual liquid in the cake.
6. Cycle Completion
   The machine stops after the programmed batch cycle is completed.
7. Bag Lifting Discharge
   The filter bag containing the dewatered cake is lifted through the top opening for inspection, sampling, collection, or transfer to downstream equipment.

The final configuration can be adjusted according to material value, cleaning requirement, chemical compatibility, and pilot test objective.
