Description

The Top Discharge Centrifuge is designed for batch dewatering of filterable nitrate crystals after evaporation, cooling crystallization, purification, or mother liquor recovery.

It is suitable for nitrate salt slurries that can form a stable crystal cake inside the basket, such as sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, and other inorganic nitrate products subject to actual material behavior. The centrifuge separates mother liquor from the crystal bed, supports optional cake washing, reduces residual liquid through centrifugal spin drying, and allows operators to remove the product manually through the top opening.
