PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
GKC series horizontal wall-through full-automatic scraper discharge centrifuge is a continuous operation, gap operation filter centrifuge. The structure and system design fully consider the requirements of cGMP, and TGA, and are suitable for the clean requirements of pharmaceuticals, food, etc. High occasions, and can meet different explosion-proof requirements.
FEATURE
1. The centrifuge is equipped with an integrated floating platform, which is directly installed without additional inertial blocks, which is convenient for users to install;
2. The bottom of the centrifuge floating platform is equipped with a damping shock absorber, which is convenient for installation and maintenance;
3. The main shaft seal adopts multiple sealing methods of lip seal ring and gas seal. Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coating is applied at the joint between the main shaft sheath and the seal ring, and the seal ring has a long service life (Note: This sealing structure is a national patent, patent number: 201310368898.3 );
4. The bearing seat adopts a welded structure with high strength, and the finishing is processed by Japan Toshiba boring and milling machining center, with high precision and good running stability.
5. Leak detection port, dust cleaning port, and cooling port shall be provided at the seal of the main shaft to avoid dust pollution caused by friction at the seal;
6. The outer shell is a full-turned shell structure, the outer shell flange, and the bearing seat flange are fully machined, and the sealing is good. The outer shell is locked by a hydraulically driven hoop;
7. Observation port is provided on the side of the bearing box for easy maintenance;
8. The innovative scraper design ensures that the product is completely discharged without depositing materials. The blade is serrated to reduce the discharge resistance;
9. At the end of the feeding tube, a flow guide plate and an adjusting plate are provided, which can adjust the distribution of the cloth according to the pressure of the material itself to make the distribution more uniform;
