Description:

The PWC pusher centrifuge is a horizontally oriented, spiral discharging filtration equipment that operates continuously. It functions by having the drum and helix rotate at high speed with a significant speed difference. The material is continuously fed through the feeding pipe into the inner cylinder of the spiral feeder. After acceleration, it enters the drum.

Within the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filtrating medium and exits the machine, while the solid-phase material remains inside the drum, forming the filter residue. Through the combined influence of the centrifugal force's conical surface component and the spiral feeder, the filter residue steadily moves toward the larger end of the drum. It is then discharged from the machine through the discharging trough.

This centrifuge is designed for continuous operation, enabling continuous feeding, separation, washing, and discharging while running at full speed. It boasts features such as a compact structure, minimal space requirement, smooth operation, strong adaptability, high handling capacity, and low moisture content in the filter cake.
