分離の原則

軽液体,重液体,固体相が異なる密度で混合液体で相互に溶けないという原則を利用して遠心力場や重力力場で異なる沉着速度を得る液体内の固体粒子が堆積する.

重力力場や遠心力場では,軽液相,重液相,密度が異なる固体相と 混合液体で互いに溶けない分子は 沈着速度が異なる重力力場では重力分離と呼ばれ,遠心力場では遠心分離と呼ばれます.

 

重力分離

密度の違いのために,容器内の混合液体は,しばらくして,徐々に2層に分けられます.混合液体の重相粒子は容器底に沈み軽相"は上面に懸垂し,軽相と重相の間にはかなり特徴的な分界平面が形成される.混合液体を構成する軽相と重相の密度の違いによって分離速度が影響されます密度の差が大きいほど,分離速度が速くなります.
