製品の概要
PPシリーズダブルステージ遠心分離機は、連続的で効果的な穴あきバスケット遠心分離機の一種です。
分離される混合物は、供給パイプと分配器を介して連続的かつ均等に第1段階のバスケットに供給されます。遠心力の作用を受けた飼料中の母液のほとんどは、ふるいを通って集液ケーシングに出て、そこで機械から排出されます。第一段階のバスケットは回転して往復運動し、形成された製品ケーキを第二段階のバスケットに押し込みます。
ケーキは、より多くの遠心力によって作用されることにより、遠心分離機内で十分な遅延を有することができ、したがって、ケーキの所望の湿度を保証することができる。その後、ケーキは継続的にバスケットから排出されます。固形物の純度が高い場合は、遠心分離機で効果的に洗浄できます。必要に応じて、洗浄剤と母液を別々に排出することができます。
