作業手順

 

乾燥度の高いデカンターは、限られたスペースを使用して、さまざまな段階の分離を組み合わせることができます。

混合および加速段階

特別に設計されたフィード チャンバー内でスラッジと薬品が混合し、一緒に加速します。これにより、スラッジが最良の分離に向けて準備されます。

清澄段階

凝集剤は遠心力によってボウル内に沈降し、透明な液体がボウルの端の堰から流れ出します。

プレスステージ

コンベヤーは固体を排出端に向かって押します。汚泥はさらに遠心力で押しつぶされ、汚泥の小さな穴から水が出てきます。

両方向プレスステージ

ボウル壁の円錐部で、特殊設計の両方向加圧効果によりスラッジを加圧します。特別に設計されたコンベアが軸方向の押し付け力を生み出し、水が汚泥の小さな穴から出てきます。

固体の滞留時間を制御する

汚泥の流量や性状が変化した場合に最適な脱水効果を得るためには、ボウル内の固形分を継続的に管理する必要があります。

これは、コンベアの駆動システムによって制御されます。コンベアの駆動システムは、ボウル内の固形分をリアルタイムで測定し、自動的に調整し、固形物排出トルクを自動的に補正します。
