PPTD遠心分離機は,上放電式,密閉型装置である.材料は密閉型密閉箱の供給パイプを通ってドラムに入力される.遠心分離器の力場による液体相はフィルター介質を通過し,放出された物質は機械から,固体相はドラムの中に留まり,機械を停止した後,材料は上から放出されます遠心分離機は,スムーズに動作し,簡単で便利な操作,そして,ヘルメティック閉ざされた状態で餌を与え,洗浄し,脱水するなどの特徴を持っています.

作業手順 

1システムロード: 前もって詰め込まれた閉ざされたフィルター袋をカートに入れます.

2プログラムメニュー: について'噴霧洗浄'あるいは'洗浄するHMI で選択され,操作者の仕様に従ってRPMとサイクル時間が設定されます.

3記入する: アルコールは源タンクから遠心分離器に接続される.

4洗浄サイクル: 植物材料は,一定の数の双方向の振動で振動洗浄を受けます.

5システム排水: 洗浄サイクルが完了すると,出口バルブを手動で開いて液体を排水します. アルコールの洗浄は,さらなる処理のために適切に指定された貯蔵容器にポンプされます.

6スピンドライサイクル について'乾燥して回す"メニューがHMIで選択され,乾燥サイクルが開始されます. 湿った植物固体は,残ったアルコール混合物から乾燥します.

7システム 解凍: 計画が完了すると,'乾燥サイクル', フィルターバッグをカートから取り出して遠心分離器を放出します.
