アプリケーション

粗パーム油を処理するための一連の PDCS 三相デカンタを開発する際、Peony は液体、乾燥固体 (ケーキ)、および油の効率的で信頼性の高い分離に焦点を当て、最小限の油損失で最大の油回収を実現しました。PDC の範囲には、1 時間あたり 30 トンから約 90 トンのフレッシュ フルーツ バンチ (FFB) のあらゆるサイズの搾油工場に適したデカンタが含まれており、次のようなさまざまな粗パーム油の用途に適しています。

 

• Peony オールインワン プロセスの一部として圧搾油の清澄化と精製を組み合わせて (沈降タンクと希釈水は必要ありません)、少ない水の消費量と廃水レベルで高い油回収率を提供します。


• 沈殿槽で希釈パーム油を分離した後のスラッジ処理。ノズルセパレーターの代わりに三相デカンターを使用。デカンターは、スラリーを油、水、固体ケーキ相に効率的に分離します。


• 圧搾直後の空果房リカー (EFBL) からの油の回収。回収された高品質パーム油は、偏芯機で不純物を分離・除去した後、搾りたての油と混ぜることができます。
