PPTDの遠心分離機は上の排出の密閉閉鎖のタイプ装置である。

働きステップ

1. システム ローディング:前もって積まれた閉鎖したフィルター・バッグはバスケットに置かれる。

2. プログラム メニュー:『吹きかければ』 『撹拌洗浄』のプログラムはRPMおよびサイクル時間がオペレータの指定に置かれるHMIで選ばれる。

3. 盛り土:アルコールは遠心分離機に源タンクから接続される。

4. 洗浄周期:植物素材は一定数の二方向の撹拌の落着かない洗浄を経る

5. システム流出:洗浄周期が完全なとき、吹き出し弁は手動で開き、theliquidは流出した。アルコール洗浄はこれからのプロセスのためのきちんと評価される貯蔵貯蔵所にポンプでくまれる。

6. 周期を脱水機にかけなさい:『』メニューを選ばれるHMIで脱水機にかければ乾燥周期は始まる。ぬれた植物の固体は残りのアルコール混合物の中回された乾燥している。

7. システム荷を下すこと:『乾燥した周期が終了次第』、遠心分離機はバスケットからのフィルター・バッグの取得によって荷を下される。
