BBの遠心分離機は上の排出の密閉閉鎖のタイプ装置である。材料は密閉閉鎖の包装の供給管を通してドラムに与えられる;遠心分離機力分野の行為の下、機械が停止した後solid-phase材料はドラムおよび、材料の中で上から排出される保たれるがフィルター媒体によるliquid-phaseパスおよび機械から排出される。遠心分離機に密閉閉鎖、等の状態の下で順調順調としてそのような特徴が、容易で及び便利な操作、また行なう供給、洗浄および脱水ある。

働きステップ
- システム ローディング:前もって積まれた閉鎖したフィルター・バッグはバスケットに置かれる
- プログラム メニュー:『吹きかければ』 『撹拌洗浄』のプログラムはRPMおよびサイクル時間がオペレータの指定に置かれるHMIで選ばれる。
- 盛り土:アルコールは遠心分離機に源タンクから接続される。
- 洗浄周期:植物素材は一定数の二方向の撹拌の落着かない洗浄を経る
- システム流出:洗浄周期が完全なとき、吹き出し弁は手動で開き、液体は流出した。アルコール洗浄はこれからのプロセスのためのきちんと評価される貯蔵貯蔵所にポンプでくまれる。
- 周期を脱水機にかけなさい:『』メニューを選ばれるHMIで脱水機にかければ乾燥周期は始まる。ぬれた植物の固体は残りのアルコール混合物の中回された乾燥している。
