PP シリーズ 2 段プッシャー遠心分離機は、連続的かつ効果的な穴あきバスケット遠心分離機の一種です。分離される混合物は、供給パイプと分配器を介して、連続的かつ均等に第 1 段階のバスケットに供給されます。
飼料中の母液のほとんどは、遠心力によってふるいを通って液回収ケーシングに入り、そこで機械から排出されます。一段目カゴが回転・往復運動し、成形された製品ケーキを二段目カゴに押し込みます。
