Beschrijving

De centrifuges van de serie PBL dienen als gesloten filterapparatuur die is ontworpen voor taken die een hermetische sluitingsprocedure, intermitterende werking,en de handige afvoer van hangende zakken.

Werkbeginselen

1) Dit model van centrifuge is luchtdicht
2) Batchbewerking en hangtassen lossen op vreemd land,snelheidsverstelbaar
3) De slurry wordt vanaf de bovenkant in de draaitrommel gevoerd
4) Onder de centrifuge krachtfunctie gaat de vloeistof door het filtermedium en ontsnapt uit de machine
5) De vaste stof wordt in de draaitrommel achtergelaten
6) Na het stoppen van de machine worden de filterzak en de vloeistofblokplaat opgehangen en naar de vaste plaats gebracht om het materiaal te lossen.

Toepassingen

1) Dit type centrifuge is geschikt voor het scheiden van suspensie met vaste deeltjes groter dan 0,01 mm
2) Vooral geschikt voor het filteren van giftige en ontvlambare stoffen
3) Op grote schaal gebruikt in de chemische, farmaceutische, voedingsmiddelen, lichte industrie en andere industrieën
4) Meestal gebruikt voor gips, ijzersulfaat, nikkelsulfaat, kopersulfaat, kaliumchloride, acetaat, borax, soda, rubberadditieven, kleurstoffen, kunststofgrondstof, zeep, vet, hars, zout,gourmetpoeder, levensmiddelenadditieven, vitaminen, herbiciden, insecticiden en ontwatering van koper, zink, aluminium en andere minerale poeders, enz.
