Beschrijving

Modelpp Sulzer het Dubbele Stadiumzout centrifugeert is een soort geperforeerde mand centrifugeren, zowel ononderbroken als efficiënt. Het te scheiden mengsel wordt gevoed door de het voeden pijp en de verdeler onophoudelijk en gelijk in de eerste stadiummand. Het grootste deel van de moeder-alcoholische drank in het voer, gehandeld op door middelpuntvliedende kracht, vertrekt door de zeven in het drank-verzamelend omhulsel waar het uit de machine zal worden gelost. De eerste stadiummand roteert en vergeldt, duwend de gevormde productcake in de tweede stadiummand. De cake kan voldoende vertraging in de centrifuge met acteren op door meer middelpuntvliedende kracht hebben, en daarom, kan de gewenste vochtigheid van de cake worden gewaarborgd. Daarna, wordt de cake onophoudelijk gelost uit de mand. In het geval van hoge zuiverheid voor het stevige product, kan de efficiënte was in de centrifuge worden uitgevoerd.
