How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Sludge Feeding
Conditioned dairy sludge enters the rotating bowl through the feed chamber.
2. Solid Sedimentation
High centrifugal force separates suspended solids from the liquid phase.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid moves toward the center and exits through the liquid outlet.
4. Sludge Conveying
The screw conveyor continuously transports concentrated solids toward the discharge end.
5. Continuous Discharge
