Description

 

Palm oil is extracted from the palm fruit (Elaeis Guineensis) of oil palm trees. The oil extracted from the flesh is called Palm Oil, while the oil extracted from the kernels is called Palm Kernel Oi. The main producer countries are Malaysia, Indonesia, Columbia and Africa countries with tropical climate. Palm oil is popular in demand throughout the world. It plays a very important role in the food industry. The valuable oil has also adopted in the production of soap, candles, cosmetics, biodiesel etc. 

 

Disc palm oil centrifuge separator is a centrifuge separator with self-cleaning, mainly used for the separation of the palm oil, water and residue in the pressed mixture and also for the separation and concentration of the similar mixture of liquid-liquid-solid three phases. The disc palm oil centrifuge separator is of satisfactory efficiency in separation, high purity in the liquid phase, and low light-phase resided in the solid after separation. The centrifuge separator has taken the most important place in the separation operation of processing palm oil.
