Working Principle

• Raw Material Feeding

  Untreated wastewater sludge (from municipal, industrial, or sand-washing sources) is pumped into the horizontal decanter centrifuge via a feed pump.

  
  
• Core Centrifugal Separation

  Sludge enters the high-speed rotating drum, where centrifugal force rapidly drives solid particles to settle on the drum’s inner wall.

  A screw conveyor, rotating at a differential speed to the drum, pushes the settled solids toward the discharge end.

  Simultaneously, clarified liquid (clean water or treated effluent) exits through the liquid-phase outlet at the opposite end.
