Description 

The drum of the centrifuge in the Model PPTD flat-plate centrifuge is designed with a feeding pipe on the hermetic closure casing. The material to be processed is introduced into the drum through this feeding pipe. Once inside the drum, the material is subjected to the centrifugal force field.

During operation, the liquid phase of the material passes through the filter medium and is discharged from the machine. On the other hand, the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum. When the machine is stopped, the solid-phase material can be discharged from the top of the drum.
