2 Stage Pusher Type Basket Pusher Salt Centrifuge With PLC Control for Salt Dehydration

Description:

The PP-50/60 Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a type of perforated basket centrifuge that offers continuous and efficient separation. The centrifuge operates in two stages, allowing for enhanced separation and product quality.

The mixture to be separated is continuously and evenly fed into the first stage basket through the feeding pipe and distributor. Under the influence of centrifugal force, most of the mother-liquor in the feed passes through the sieves and is collected in the liquor-collecting casing, where it is discharged from the machine.

The first stage basket rotates and reciprocates, pushing the formed product cake into the second stage basket. This allows for further dewatering and retention of the desired moisture content in the cake, as it experiences greater centrifugal force. Subsequently, the cake is continuously discharged from the basket.

For applications requiring high purity of the solid product, effective washing can be performed within the centrifuge. If necessary, the washing agent and the mother-liquor can be discharged separately, allowing for efficient separation and purification.
