Description

PDSM-DN series 3-phase disc separator is a milk cream separator, mainly used for milk purifying. It is also used for similar materials for the Liquid-Liquid-Solid three-phase separation, such as coconut water, etc.

The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed. After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for a long time with low vibration, safety and security.

Advantages

1. The castings are formed in one piece by using the digital control processing equipment from Germany, see attached picture. Its strength and precision are higher than those from many other suppliers in China, who just use a lathe and after many steps and welding, get the parts.
2. At least 48 hours of gravity elimination for the welding parts; this step is omitted by many other suppliers.
3. Advanced structure for slag discharge, increase product yield, reduce material loss, prolong service life, and easy to maintain. While others still use spring which is easy to deform.
4. Slag discharge is PLC controlled, realizing part discharge and full discharge combined together, to avoid slag accumulating.

Single Value Analysis

1. Peony adopts SKF bearing, which is consistent with Alfa, Westfalia.
2. Alfa and Westfalia only provide clients with the bearing and the gear in the overhaul package(need to buy separately) while Peony has a more sufficient attachment supply.

3. Peony never reduces the number of spare parts and tools for users buying many sets of the same model machine. (unless the customer put forward in specially).

4. Regular spare parts are all in stock in Peony’s company.
