The Decanter Centrifuge for Fruit Juice Processing is designed for continuous solid-liquid separation in fruit and beverage production, including juice clarification, pulp separation, and fruit residue dewatering.
It efficiently separates suspended pulp, fiber, and solid particles from fruit juice, helping improve juice clarity, increase product recovery, and reduce material loss during processing.
- Fruit juice clarification
- Citrus pulp separation
- Fruit puree solid-liquid separation
- Apple juice processing
- Berry juice processing
- Vegetable juice clarification
- Fruit residue dewatering
- Juice by-product recovery
High Fiber Content
Fruit materials often contain fiber, pulp, and suspended solids that affect juice clarity.
Product Loss
Traditional separation methods may cause juice loss during pulp and residue handling.
Continuous Production Requirements
Industrial juice plants require stable and continuous processing.
Product Quality Control
Efficient separation is needed to maintain consistent juice quality and reduce suspended solids.

How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Fruit Juice Feeding
Fruit juice containing pulp and suspended solids enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feeding system.
2. Solid Separation
Under centrifugal force, pulp particles and fibers move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
3. Juice Clarification
Separated juice remains in the inner liquid zone and moves toward the clarified liquid area.
4. Residue Conveying
The scroll continuously transports concentrated fruit residue toward the discharge end.
5. Separate Discharge
Clarified juice and concentrated fruit residue are continuously separated for further processing.
