High Rotational Speed Decanter Centrifuge
,60Hz horizontal decanter centrifuge
,Stainless Steel Decanter Centrifuge 220V

The Industrial Decanter Centrifuge for Solvent-Containing Slurry continuously separates suspended solids from solvent-bearing process liquids.
It is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, battery-material, fine-chemical, and solvent-recovery processes requiring closed and controlled separation.
- NMP-containing battery-material slurry
- Ethanol or methanol extraction residues
- ketone process slurry
- DMSO, THF, or mixed-solvent residues
- Catalyst and activated-carbon recovery
- Resin and polymer production sludge
- Fine-chemical reaction slurry
- Pretreatment before solvent distillation
Flammable Solvent Vapors
Volatile solvents may create hazardous vapors.
Gas-tight construction, inert-gas protection, and explosion-proof components can be provided.
Solvent-Compatible Materials
Solvents may affect seals, gaskets, coatings, and lubricants.
Material compatibility must be confirmed before equipment selection.
Fine Suspended Solids
Catalyst fines, carbon particles, polymers, and crystals may settle slowly.
Bowl speed and residence time must be matched to the particle characteristics.
Product and Solvent Loss
Open handling may cause evaporation, odor, and valuable solvent loss.
A closed separation system helps reduce vapor release.
Sticky or Abrasive Solids
Resinous deposits or catalyst particles may cause buildup and wear.
Automatic flushing and wear protection can be configured.

How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Closed Feeding
Conditioned solvent slurry enters the rotating bowl through a sealed feed system.
2. Solids Sedimentation
Dense particles move outward and form a solids layer.
3. Liquid Clarification
The solvent-bearing liquid remains closer to the bowl center.
4. Solids Conveying
The scroll transports settled solids toward the conical end.
5. Separate Discharge
Clarified liquid and concentrated solids discharge through closed outlets.

Main Advantages
Reduced Solvent Loss
Closed feeding and discharge help limit evaporation and solvent emissions.
Safer Solvent Processing
Gas-tight construction, inerting, and explosion-proof options support flammable applications.
Improved Solvent Recovery
Removes suspended solids before distillation, purification, or process reuse.
Solvent-Compatible Configuration
Seals, wetted materials, and instruments are selected according to the solvent composition.
Continuous Solids Removal
Catalysts, carbon fines, crystals, and process residues discharge without batch filtration cycles.
Please provide:
- Solvent type and concentration
- Flash point and operating temperature
- Solids content and particle size
- Flow rate and viscosity
- Required liquid clarity
- Hazardous-area requirements
Can the centrifuge process flammable solvents?
Yes. Gas-tight construction, inerting, and explosion-proof components may be required.
Can it recover solvent for reuse?
It removes suspended solids. Further distillation or purification may still be needed.
Which seal material should be used?
Seal selection depends on the solvent type, temperature, and chemical compatibility.
Can it separate fine catalyst or carbon particles?
Yes, but performance depends on particle size, density difference, viscosity, and feed rate.
Is nitrogen protection always required?
Not always. It depends on solvent volatility, flash point, oxygen sensitivity, and site safety requirements.
