How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Sealed Slurry Feeding
Process slurry enters the rotating bowl through a closed feeding system.
2. Solid Sedimentation
Under centrifugal force, solid particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid remains in the inner liquid zone and moves toward the liquid outlet area.
4. Solids Conveying
The scroll continuously transports settled solids toward the discharge end.
5. Closed Separation
Separated liquid and concentrated solids are collected through sealed systems for further processing.
