Stainless Steel Storage Tank and Pressure Vessel (CSTR) is a batch reactor equipped with an impeller or other mixing device to provide efficient mixing. In chemical engineering the name CSTR is often used to refer to an idealised agitated tank reactor used to model operation variables required to attain a specified output.
In flow chemistry, a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) equipped with features to continuously feed and exhaust reactants is an example of a mechanically mixed flow reactor.
Composition
The whole reaction equipment can be equipped with condenser, condensate receiver, circulation pump, pipes, etc, accodring to customer's requirement and technology product processing.
The tank body can be equipped with the CIP automatic rotary spray cleaning ball, thermometer, manhole, pressure gauge,
explosion-proof inspection light, sight glass, quick open type feeding inlet and etc, ensuring convenient operation and complying with the GMP standard.

Advantages of pillow plates / dimple
· Less chance of leaks due to high quality welding.
· Higher heat transfer coefficients at lower flow rates.
· High efficiency in energy transfer/ dimple patterns enable better flows resulting in high-energy efficiency.
· Pillowplate is integrated in the structure, giving it extra strength.

Application
1.Wide-channel plate-shell heat exchanger:
Combining the advantages of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger, it is easy for scaling materials to move
between boards and clean materials to move inside boards.
Usually floating head structure design is adopted. When cleaning, the whole group of plate bundles can be pulled out.
2.Wide-channel plate-shell heat exchanger:
Specially designed for working conditions with larger particles or higher viscosity, the medium can fully flow in the runner
without blockage under the above working conditions. Generally, the solid medium goes between the plates without contacts and the
clean medium goes through the plate cavity with contacts:
Flow resistance is small and scaling is not easy.
High heat transfer coefficient.
