Design features and benefits:
The machine can be mainly used for all kinds of suspension which contains fine particle with diameter of 0.005-15mm, the concentration of 1 - 40% and temperature of not more than 100 ℃. Also can be used for the separation of 3-phase mixture in which the solid’s density is higher than the liquid, and there is density difference (liquid-liquid-solid), and the separation of liquid-solid suspension and particles, especially for the suspension separation in which the filter cloth is difficult to regenerate, and its concentration & particle size changes lot. The machine is widely used in the industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petroleum and environmental protection, etc, including coal tar’s dewatering, industrial and urban sewage’s sludge removing, starch’s washing & dehydration, soy protein’s dehydration, lees dehydration, juice’s purification & pulp fiber’s dewatering and crude oil’s dehydration, etc. And it can also be used for the processing of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barium carbonate, strontium sulfate, lithopone, diatom mud, gypsum, bauxite, peanut protein, vegetable oil, citric acid, blood meal, titanium dioxide and kaolin drilling mud, fine coal’s dewatering, powder coal’s dewatering, waste oil’s purification and mineral’s grading, etc.
