How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Manure Feeding
Manure slurry enters the rotating bowl continuously.
2. Solid Sedimentation
High centrifugal force separates organic solids from the liquid phase.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid moves toward the center and exits through the liquid outlet.
4. Solid Conveying
The internal screw conveyor transports concentrated solids toward the discharge end.
