Description

Model PDSM-CN separator is a milk separator, mainly used to purify of milk, The model is also used to separate similar material in the industry of juice, tea drinks, coffee, beer, algae, beverage and Chinese traditional medicine etc.
 

When the factory get the fresh milk from the farm,there is some impurity and dust or fine animal hair in the milk, firstly, it needs the disc separator to clarify and then to the stage of pasteurizer. The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost.     
 

The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed, After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time with low vibration, safety and security.
 

The design, product and acceptance are conformed to the standard of JB/T8103.3 “Disc Separator-Part 3: Milk disc separator”.  

Stucture and principle

The bowl will be driven by the main motor by the friction clutch and screw gear pair to rotate highly around the mainshaft, Stock liquid flows from the center charging inlet on the top to the bottom through the charging pipe.And then passes through discs seats to the bowl's space. The bigger gravity solid phase particles in the stock liquid is settled down to the bowl's wall bu the centrifugal force and then under the control of the side bowl drained out of the residue outlet but liquid phaseis fully settled down to the bowl wall by the centrifugal force field and then under the control of the slide bowl it is drained out ofthe residue outlet but liquid phase is fully settled down to the center along the discs to drain out by the centripetal pump.
