Fresh milk refers to the milk that has been separated from the cow's body within 24 hours. With the continuous promotion of large-scale dairy farming, the milk production is increasing year by year. Our PDSM series disc separator is the most important equipment in dairy industry. Mainly used in the skim milk, butter, casein,cheese production, anhydrous butter production process, such as centrifuge concentrate, and removal of foreign impurities in the milk. Similar materials can also be used for clarification and purification. Applied to pastures, university laboratories,small-scale dairy processing plant.

When the factory get the fresh milk from the farm, there is some impurity and dust or fine animal hair in the milk, firstly it needs the disc separator to clarify and then to the stage of pasteurizer. Some factory needs the skimmed milk to produce butter or cream. After milk clarification, the process needs 3 phase milk separator to degrease, about 3% fat will be discharged from the light liquid phase, skimmed milk comes from the heavy liquid phase, while the impurity outlet from the solid discharge exist. Also, it works for whey and cheese separation.

The skimmed milk and cream are pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharge automatically and partly.
