Brief Introduction

The traditional Kaolin grading Horizontal screw centrifuge produced by Peony has been widely used in kaolin production by the domestic well-known manufacturers since the 1990s. And now the domestic traditional grading methods of horizontal screw centrifuge cannot meet the requirements of the users. Due to the higher requirements of customers to equipments in abrasion resistance, handling capacity, recovery, mechanical reliability, economical efficiency and so on, Peony first developed the Kaolin grading Nozzle Horizontal Screw Discharging Centrifuge in China.
The theory of this centrifuge subverts the traditional pattern that underflow discharges from solid slag discharge mouth while the overflow discharges from the liquid slag outlet.

Advantages

Application

This model is also suitable for non-metallic minerals like bentonite and grading needed processing,such as mica powder, titanium dioxide, graphite, drilling mud and recycle of the silicon powder waste pulp in photovoltaic industry.

Wet Processing is divided into several stages, including Pug dispersion, grading, Separation of impurities and product handling.

The general principles of process

Kaolin ore → grinding → mashing→degritting→ swirler grading→peeling→Horizontal screw centrifuge grading→magnetic separation(or bleaching)→concentration→filter pressing→drying→ products of ceramic level or paper coating level.
