Horizontal Screw industrial decanter centrifuge
,continuous feeding industrial decanter centrifuge
,3 phase horizontal decanter centrifuge

The Industrial Decanter Centrifuge for Modular Skid Systems combines continuous solid-liquid separation equipment with pumps, piping, valves, controls, and optional conditioning units on a prefabricated skid.
It is suitable for rapid installation, plant retrofits, pilot projects, temporary treatment, and decentralized industrial wastewater applications.
- Industrial wastewater pretreatment
- Chemical and mineral slurry dewatering
- Temporary sludge-treatment projects
- Pilot and demonstration systems
- Existing-plant capacity expansion
- Remote or decentralized processing
- Containerized separation systems
- Emergency wastewater treatment
Limited Installation Space
Equipment, piping, controls, and maintenance access must fit within a compact footprint.
Fast Site Installation
The system should minimize field piping, wiring, and civil construction.
Variable Feed Conditions
Different projects may have changing flow rates, solids content, and particle characteristics.
Transportation Requirements
Skid dimensions, lifting points, equipment weight, and transport limits must be considered.
Utility Integration
Power, flushing water, drainage, compressed air, and process connections require clear interfaces
Modular Skid Separation Solution
Process Slurry
→ Screening / Equalization
→ Controlled Feed Pump
→ Decanter Centrifuge
→ Clarified Liquid + Dewatered Solids
Clarified Liquid → Reuse / Further Treatment
Dewatered Solids → Recovery / Disposal
Peony Can Provide
- Decanter centrifuge and structural skid
- Feed tank and controlled pump
- Flocculant or chemical dosing system
- Integrated piping and valves
- Automatic flushing system
- PLC and VFD control cabinet
- Containerized or enclosed design
- Factory assembly and functional testing
How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Controlled Feeding
Conditioned slurry enters the decanter through the skid-mounted feed system.
2. Solids Sedimentation
Dense solids move toward the rotating bowl wall.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid remains closer to the bowl center.
4. Solids Conveying
The screw conveyor transports solids toward the conical end.
5. Separate Discharge
Clarified liquid and dewatered solids discharge through independent skid connections.

What equipment can be included on the skid?
The skid can include the centrifuge, feed pump, tank, dosing unit, piping, valves, control cabinet, and flushing system.
Can the skid be installed inside a container?
Yes. Containerized designs can include ventilation, lighting, insulation, drainage, and maintenance access.
Is the system suitable for temporary projects?
Yes. Lifting points, compact connections, and modular construction support relocation when required.
How is the skid connected onsite?
The site normally connects feed, liquid discharge, solids discharge, power, flushing water, and drainage.
Can one skid process different slurries?
Possibly. Bowl speed, differential speed, feed rate, and conditioning settings can be adjusted within the equipment’s design range.
