Introduction

Model PDSM-5000CN separator is mainly used in brewery for separation of yeast and clarification of beer. The liquid seal technology may functionally prevent from loss of carbon dioxide and avoid mixing of air during separating beer. The model is also used to separate similar material (e.g. Juice, beverage etc.)

The machine adopts small piston structure for gaining variable discharging capacity, and PLC control both partly and fully discharging in order to get rid of the sediment.

The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed, After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time with low vibration, safety and security.

The design, product and acceptance are conformed to the standard of JB/T8103.2 ‘ ’Disc Separator Part 2: Beer disc centrifuge’ ’.

Intallation notice

1. For maintenance and repair, please leave enough space around the separator when install it.

2. The installation base should be firm and level.

3. All the pipes connecting with the separator should be flexible pipe.

4. The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which is between 0.025 and 0.03Mpa.
