Introduction
When you need to separate solid / liquid mixtures with high solids content, you can choose a decanter centrifuge. In contrast to chamber filter presses, these solid vortex centrifuges or decanter centrifuges operate continuously. High centrifugal forces separate finely divided solid particles from the suspension.
Our decanter centrifuges are modular in design and can be used in a wide range of industries. Centrifuges can be optimally adjusted for specific applications. Applications range from sludge dewatering to classification or wet classification to solid classification.
Decanters designs:
Type: 2-phase separation, 3-phase separation
Materials: use high-quality stainless steel for all product wetted areas.
Bearings: SKF brand. A special selection and arrangement of bearings provides for long life and exceptional reliability.
Wear protection: welded hard facing or spray coating,ceramic technology.
Screw conveyor is widely used in city sewage treatment and industries. LSS series are designed as shaftless structure. The U-shaped solid tank is hermetic with a lid (which can be opened when necessary). Thus, such conveyor is suitable for conveying solid that is a pollutant, with abominable smell, dangerous, for bridging
