Compact Calium Hypochlorate Centrifuge
,Corrosion Resistant Decanter Centrifuge
,3650RPM Decanter Centrifuge

The Industrial Decanter Centrifuge for High-Temperature Slurry continuously separates solids from hot process liquids.
It is suitable for chemical, mineral, salt, metallurgical, and industrial wastewater slurries requiring stable operation at elevated temperatures.
- Hot salt slurry from MVR or MEE evaporation systems
- Sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, and ammonium sulfate crystallization slurry
- High-temperature mother liquor with precipitated inorganic salts
- Hot lithium, nickel, cobalt, or copper leaching residue
- Heated alumina slurry and alkaline mineral residue
- Reactor discharge containing catalyst fines and chemical solids
- Hot gypsum, calcium sulfate, or mineral precipitation slurry
- Evaporator concentrate requiring solids removal before reuse or further treatment
Thermal Expansion
High temperatures can affect bearing alignment, seals, and rotating components.
Reduced Material Strength
Structural materials must maintain strength under continuous thermal loading.
Hot and Corrosive Liquids
Temperature may accelerate corrosion from chlorides, acids, alkalis, or solvents.
Rapid Cooling and Deposition
Cooling inside pipelines or the bowl may cause crystallization, scaling, or viscosity changes.
Operator Safety
Insulation, closed discharge, temperature monitoring, and protective interlocks may be required.
High-Temperature Slurry Solution
High-Temperature Slurry
→ Screening
→ Heated Feed Tank
→ Insulated Feed System
→ Decanter Centrifuge
→ Clarified Liquid + Dewatered Solids
Clarified Liquid → Recovery / Further Treatment
Dewatered Solids → Drying / Recycling / Disposal
Peony Can Provide
- Slurry testing and centrifuge selection
- Heated and insulated feed system
- High-temperature seals and bearings
- Corrosion-resistant wetted parts
- Adjustable bowl and differential speed
- Temperature monitoring and interlocks
- PLC and dual-VFD control
How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Hot Slurry Feeding
Conditioned slurry enters the rotating bowl through an insulated feed system.
2. Solids Sedimentation
Dense particles move outward and form a solids layer.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid remains closer to the bowl center.
4. Solids Conveying
The screw conveyor transports settled solids toward the conical end.
5. Continuous Discharge
Clarified liquid and dewatered solids discharge separately.

What operating temperature can the centrifuge handle?
The limit depends on seals, bearings, lubrication, materials, and feed composition.
Can hot slurry enter the centrifuge directly?
Yes, when the feed system, seals, and rotating parts are designed for the specified temperature.
How is thermal expansion controlled?
Suitable clearances, bearing arrangements, material selection, and temperature monitoring are used.
Can it process hot crystallizing slurry?
Yes, but insulation and temperature control are needed to reduce premature crystallization and blockage.
Which wetted material should be selected?
SS316L, duplex steel, titanium, or special alloys may be used according to temperature and corrosion conditions.
Peony welcomes cooperation with chemical plants, salt and mineral processors, hydrometallurgical projects, evaporation and crystallization system suppliers, wastewater contractors, equipment distributors, and regional agents.
