2 Stage Pusher Salt Centrifuge Machine For Separation
Brief introduction:
Model PP Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a kind of perforated basket centrifuge, both continuous and effective. The machine can be used to continuously dewater and wash the slurry with crystal and fiber bigger than 50um, so far, it has succeeded in separating more than 200 different kinds of products, such as sodium salt, ammonium salt, PVC, EPS, etc.
It is designed reasonably and manufactured accurately, All the parts contacting are made of high corrosion-resistant special SS with extremely low content of carbon and high content Mo or any SS customers required. It has advantages as:
Bearing design life: ≥30,000 hours
Mechanical seal design life: ≥8,000 hours
Machine design life: ≥15 years
Running time Under the normal operating condition, guarantee over 6000 hours every year
