Purifying

Afflux water to the drum and form the water sealed layer after the machine reaches to the fixed speed,then feed the material,light phase will moves towards the light phase outlet.Heavy liquid constantly replaces the sealing water and discharged from the heavy phase outlet.The residue has to be discharged by manual after the machine stops.

Clarifying

Block the heavy liquid path by the impurity block ring(water-afflux is not allowed this moment) When machine is rotary,the material is firstly entering into the gap between the disc stack and the inner wall of the bowl, under the action of the G force,impurities,residue and residual moisture will deposit on the wall of the inner bowl which have to be taken out by manual after machine stops working while the light phase liquid will be thrown out of the top light phase exit from the gap of the disc stack.
