How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Beer Sludge Feeding
Collected beer sludge enters the rotating bowl continuously.
2. Solid Sedimentation
High centrifugal force separates yeast particles and suspended solids from the liquid phase.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid moves toward the center and exits through the liquid discharge outlet.
4. Solid Conveying
The internal scroll transports concentrated yeast solids toward the discharge end.
5. Continuous Discharge
