1. Cleaning Liquid Feeding
   The industrial cleaning solution is fed into the rotating basket lined with suitable filter media.
2. Solid Retention
   Metal fines, scale, abrasive particles, sludge flakes, or other filterable solids are retained inside the basket.
3. Liquid Filtration
   Clarified cleaning liquid passes through the filter medium and is collected through the filtrate outlet.
4. Spin Separation
   Continued rotation improves liquid removal from the captured solids and reduces liquid carryover during discharge.
5. Machine Stop
   After the programmed batch cycle is completed, the basket stops safely.
6. Top Cover Opening
   The cover is opened to allow access to the basket and filter medium.

It is mainly designed to remove filterable solids. Free oil may require an oil skimmer or coalescer upstream. Stable emulsified oil generally requires a different treatment method.
