This sludge dewatering system is built around a decanter centrifuge and integrated with sludge feeding, flow control, electric valves, pipeline system, turbidity monitoring, and PLC control.

The typical process is:
Sludge Feeding → Flow Measurement → Polymer Dosing → Centrifugal Separation → Solid Cake Discharge → Centrate Discharge → Turbidity Monitoring → PLC Automatic Control
During operation, sludge is pumped into the rotating bowl of the decanter centrifuge. Under centrifugal force, solid particles settle on the bowl wall while clarified liquid flows out from the liquid outlet. The screw conveyor continuously pushes the dewatered sludge cake to the discharge port.
The system can be equipped with flowmeter, electric valve, turbidity meter, ultrasonic level meter, and PLC control to improve operation stability and reduce manual adjustment.
