Description 

The Model PP Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a type of perforated basket centrifuge known for its continuous and efficient operation. It is specifically designed for separating mixtures effectively.

To begin the separation process, the mixture to be separated is continuously and evenly fed through the feeding pipe and distributor into the first stage basket. Under the influence of centrifugal force, most of the liquid component (mother-liquor) in the feed passes through the sieves and collects in the liquor-collecting casing, where it is discharged from the machine.

The first stage basket rotates and reciprocates, pushing the formed product cake into the second stage basket. In the second stage, the cake experiences increased centrifugal force, allowing for sufficient moisture removal and ensuring the desired humidity level of the cake.

The cake is continuously discharged from the basket. If a high level of purity is required for the solid product, the centrifuge offers the capability for effective washing. As needed, the washing agent and the mother-liquor can be discharged separately.
