How the Decanter Centrifuge Works
1. Slurry Feeding
Wet slurry enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feeding system.
2. Solid Concentration
Under centrifugal force, solid particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
3. Liquid Clarification
Separated liquid remains in the inner liquid zone and moves toward the clarified liquid area.
4. Solids Conveying
The scroll continuously transports concentrated solids toward the conical discharge end.
5. Separate Discharge
Concentrated solids and separated liquid are continuously discharged for further processing.
