Installation Notice
 
1. Take into consideration the enough space available to maintenance and repair separator before installation.
2. The foundation must be firm, plan and leveling.
3. All the pipes connecting with separator should be flexible.
4. The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which is between 0.025MPa and 0.03MPa.
5. Separator and the outer pipe joints should use hoses, to prevent the separator and the outer pipe system resonance, and ensure the separator work normally.

Separation principle
 
When separator running at rated condition, material into the disc through the distributor via feeding tube, under the action of the centrifugal force field, the solid particle with bigger specific gravity, it will receive a larger centrifugal force, and along the lower surface of the disc outward movement, gradually gathered around the drum inside wall.
Meanwhile, the rinse water from the end pump ejected from the nozzle tube, to dilute the accumulation material at the nozzle, to prevent block the nozzle, and wash the accumulation material, after washing the accumulation material ejected from the nozzle, and enter into the next process by discharge tube; the liquid with a smaller specific gravity, along the upper surface of the disc inward movement, enter into the centripetal pump, through the centripetal pump room, the kinetic energy of liquid is converted to static pressure, and discharge from the overflow pipe.
